Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
For items purchased on line, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me at paulrichardtomlinson@gmail.com to obtain a return authorisation. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorisation may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10no. Business days for your refund to be processed once I received your return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Return authorisation for items shipped in error or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned or exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.
Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: clearance items, final sale items, custom products and gift cards. I reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at my discretion, if the item does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
Condition of Items
Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items may be ‘open box’ but must be undamaged and complete with original packing.
Form Of Payment
Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.
